Bruce Kutinsky, PharmD

CEO

Bruce Kutinsky brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and specialty infusion to his role as CEO of Access. He has led organizations through transformative growth, from early-stage startups to billion-dollar public companies, always with a focus on operational excellence and patient-centered care. Since Access’s inception, Bruce has played a key role in shaping the company’s rural-focused strategy by applying his deep industry expertise to expand access to high-quality infusion care. He is passionate about building care models that reach patients where they are and improve outcomes in communities often overlooked.

Duane Portwood

CFO

Duane Portwood is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience leading finance teams in both public and private companies. As CFO of Access, he oversees financial strategy and operations to support sustainable, mission-driven growth. Duane previously served as CFO at Whole Earth Brands, Tegra Global, and Akorn Inc., and held senior roles at The Home Depot. Living in a rural Southeast town, he brings personal insight into the communities Access serves. He is committed to building the financial strength needed to expand care where it’s needed most.

Greg Kaniecki

EVP, Growth & Operations

Greg Kaniecki brings deep experience in corporate development, operational execution, and strategic advisory to his role at Access. He leads efforts to build new partnerships and support local teams as we expand infusion care into underserved markets. Before joining Access, Greg was part of the investment team at New Harbor Capital, where he worked with founder-led businesses and helped shape the strategy that became Access. He remains deeply committed to our mission, ensuring every step we take supports greater access to high-quality care in the communities that need it most.

Renee Wolf

EVP, HR

Renee Wolf brings more than 25 years of experience leading people strategy and organizational growth across healthcare and service-driven industries. As EVP, Human Resources at Access, she fosters a values-driven culture that attracts, supports, and develops top talent. Renee previously held HR leadership roles at RLS Radiopharmacies, Akorn, Inc., and CNA Financial, where she built high-performing teams and helped companies scale with purpose. She is passionate about creating workplaces where employees thrive and where every role contributes to better outcomes for the patients we serve.

Heather Peacock, PharmD, BCSCP

Vice President & General Manager - Montana
Heather is a pharmacist with 15 years of experience, including 13 in home infusion, and is a Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. She now oversees operations at both Big Sky IV Care and Big Sky Specialty Compounding and is driven to deliver exceptional care for Montana patients.

Jodie Lockman-Samkowiak
DNP, RN, CRNI

Vice President & General Manager – Michigan
With over 37 years of experience in infusion therapy and rural health, Jodie is a nationally recognized leader in clinical operations and patient care. She founded JLS Infusion Nurse Staffing Services in response to Michigan’s evolving care models and now leads Specialty Infusion Center with a steadfast focus on access, quality, and innovation in infusion services.

Kristi Walker, PhT

Vice President & General Manager - Mississippi
Kristi grew up in Florence, Mississippi where she graduated from Florence High School. She then attended Meridian Community College where she played softball. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi College. She has 15 years of marketing and business experience in the durable medical equipment industry and infusion pharmacy. She finds great satisfaction as a leader in the healthcare industry. Kristi is a Board Member and active in fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Mississippi Chapter and active in fundraising for MS Society Mississippi Chapter. Kristi and her husband Gus have two children, Taylor and Avery. She enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
